For added peace of mind, we provide comprehensive warranty coverage including a 1-year limited builder warranty that covers workmanship performed by our licensed & insured subcontractors and a 2-10 New Home Warranty that covers distribution systems such as water supply & waste piping, electrical wiring, and HVAC ductwork & refrigerant lines (2 years) as well as key structural components such as roof framing (trusses), load-bearing walls, support beams & columns, floor joists, and foundation (10 years). In addition, we convey all transferable third-party manufacturer warranties that cover heat pumps, air conditioners, gas furnaces, household appliances, water heaters, lighting & plumbing fixtures, windows, roofing, floor coverings, gas or electric fireplaces, etc.
